Rabbit Allies of CT
Adoption Application
- Adoption fees are $75 for spayed/neutered singles, and $150 for a bonded pair. This goes toward paying for the spay/neuter operation.
- Adoptions are made to indoor homes only. A rabbit left outdoors is all too often improperly cared for and quickly forgotten.
- The primary caregiver must be an adult, not a child. Statistically, children lose interest after a time, leaving the rabbit alone and unwanted.
- Adoptions are made to families and individuals only, not to institutions such as schools, nursing homes, etc.
- Please keep in mind that we are not a shelter. Our rabbits are in different foster homes. Please contact us to make arrangements if you wish to see any of them.
Please copy and paste this to an email, or send as an attachment (download the text file here). The more accurate the information, the better we can assist you in finding just the right rabbit. So please answer as clearly as possible. We will contact you to discuss your application and arrange to meet the rabbits you are interested in.
